VERBAUTO Terms of Service

Welcome to VERBAUTO.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to all users of the VERBAUTO platform, including business owners, customers, and visitors (“you” or “users”).
By accessing or using VERBAUTO, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Overview

VERBAUTO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online platform that connects automotive and mobility-related businesses with customers seeking services such as repair, detailing, rentals, and more.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use VERBAUTO:

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide accurate business and contact information.

• You must have the authority to represent and act on behalf of the business you register.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any account that violates our Terms or contains false information.

3. Business Onboarding and Approval

Businesses joining VERBAUTO must submit their details through the Business Onboarding Form.
After submission, our team will review your information within 24–48 hours.
Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the information provided.

Once approved, each business receives a Unique Business ID used for verification, edits, and future correspondence.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Approved businesses will receive a payment link to activate their subscription and listing.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Businesses may cancel or update their plans through the Billing & Payments Center or by contacting support.

5. Business Listings and Content

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information, images, and links in their listings are accurate and lawful.
By uploading content to VERBAUTO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your business profile within the platform.

We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove listings that:

• Contain false or misleading information

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Breach community or legal standards

5A. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Platform Ownership

All content, branding, technology, and materials on the VERBAUTO platform — including our name, logo, software, website design, user interface, text, graphics, and other intellectual property — are owned or licensed by VERBAUTO.
These assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the VERBAUTO platform without our prior written consent.

User Content

By submitting business information, logos, photos, or other materials (“User Content”) to VERBAUTO, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use and share the content; and

• Your submission does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You retain full ownership of your uploaded content. However, by submitting it to VERBAUTO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display, promote, and distribute your business content on the platform;

• Use your content for marketing, listing visibility, or promotional purposes in connection with the VERBAUTO platform.

This license remains in effect for as long as your business is active on VERBAUTO.

Trademarks

All VERBAUTO trademarks, service marks, logos, and slogans are the property of VERBAUTO and may not be used without express written permission.
Any unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited.

Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on VERBAUTO infringes on your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at legal@verbauto.com with the following:

• Description of the copyrighted material and location on the platform

• Proof of ownership or authorization

• Your contact information

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing materials if verified.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes

• Impersonate other users or businesses

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform operations

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using VERBAUTO, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

8. Platform Access and Availability

VERBAUTO strives to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend portions of the platform for maintenance, improvements, or legal compliance without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

VERBAUTO provides its platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors in listings or user-generated content

• Service interruptions or data loss

• Business outcomes or customer interactions

Businesses are responsible for their own transactions, pricing, and service quality.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• Provide false or incomplete information

• Engage in harmful or illegal behavior on the platform

You may request account termination at any time by contacting support@verbauto.com.

11. Updates to Terms

VERBAUTO may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new policies, laws, or platform features.
When changes occur, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
Your continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
