After you submit your application, it will enter our review queue. Approval times can vary — some submissions are processed quickly, while others may require additional verification.
Our team typically completes reviews within 48–72 hours. In some cases, the process may extend to 3–5 business days or slightly longer, depending on the complexity of the submission.

Onboarding Status & Next Steps
Once your onboarding form has been reviewed, you'll receive an email update with your current status.
This may include:
Approved: Your business is cleared for activation.
Action Required: Additional information or corrections may be needed.
Pending Verification: Our team may be finalizing internal checks.
You’ll receive clear instructions on any next steps needed to move toward launch.

After your onboarding is approved and all requirements are completed, your business will be activated on VERBAUTO. Your listing will: Become visible to users Appear in relevant categories Be searchable and ready to attract new customers
Activation typically occurs within 24 hours after approval.
