The Billing & Payments Center helps you manage your active plan, review payment history, update billing information, and make changes to your subscription — all through a secure Stripe-powered dashboard.
Whether you’re just activating your business listing or managing an existing plan, this is where you control your financial settings with ease and transparency.
🧭 Accessing Your Billing Dashboard
To view or manage your subscription:
Navigate to Settings → Billing & Payments (or click the “Manage Subscription” button in your approval or renewal email).
You’ll be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can securely manage everything related to your account.
💡 Stripe is VERBAUTO’s official payment partner — all payments, invoices, and receipts are processed securely through Stripe.
⚙️ What You Can Do in the Stripe Billing Center
Inside your Stripe billing dashboard, you can:
View your active subscription plan (e.g., Basic, Premium, or Enterprise).
Update payment methods (add or remove cards, change primary card).
Download receipts or invoices for tax or accounting purposes.
Change your subscription plan (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel).
Update billing information (business name, address, or contact email).
Review payment history to see all previous transactions.
💼 Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade Plans: You can switch your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and prorated billing is automatically applied.
Pause or Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your plan directly from the billing center. Your listing will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Reactivating a Subscription: If you canceled previously, you can reactivate your account instantly in the billing center without reapplying.
🧾 Invoices & Payment Receipts
Every completed payment automatically generates a digital receipt sent to your registered email.
You can also download or print invoices anytime in your Stripe dashboard under Billing History.
🔐 Payment Security
Your payment data is fully protected.
VERBAUTO uses Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure — meaning your credit card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
You can safely add or update payment methods anytime through the billing portal.

Q: I can’t find my billing link — what should I do?
A: Check your approval or renewal email for the “Manage Subscription” button. If lost, contact support and we’ll resend your access link.
Q: Will I be charged automatically each month?

A: Stripe will automatically retry your payment and notify you by email. You can also log in to update your card to prevent interruptions.
