Step-by-step guidance for getting your business approved. Understand how submissions work, what information to include, and what to expect after your application is reviewed.


Step 1: Complete Your Business Onboarding Form
Start by submitting your information through our official VERBAUTO Business Onboarding Form.
You’ll provide details such as:
Business name and category
Description, contact details, and location
Logo and gallery images (1–5 photos)
Website or social media links
Once submitted, your form enters our internal review queue.
Step 2: Review & Verification
Our team typically completes reviews within 48–72 hours. In some cases, the process may extend to 3–5 business days or slightly longer, depending on the complexity of the submission. During this time, we verify your business information, confirm your listing details, and ensure everything meets platform guidelines.
After you submit your application, it will enter our review queue. Approval times can vary — some submissions are processed quickly, while others may require additional verification.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Congratulations message along with your Unique Business ID. No further action is required.
If your submission is not approved, you’ll be able to update your information and resubmit your application for another review.
You may receive one of the following responses:
✅ Approved: Your business is verified and ready for payment.
⚠️ Needs More Info: We’ll contact you to request additional details or corrections.
❌ Not Approved: You’ll be notified if your listing cannot be approved at this time, along with next steps for resubmission.
Step 3: Approval Email & Payment Link
Once your business is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Stripe payment link to finalize your registration.
Simply follow the link, complete your payment, and your business listing will automatically activate on VERBAUTO within 24 hours.
Step 4: Your Business Goes Live
After payment is processed, your business profile becomes visible in the VERBAUTO app and directory. You’ll be able to:
Update your business details and gallery anytime
Track views and engagement
Receive customer inquiries directly from your listing
Step 5: Managing Your Account
You can access your business information and update your profile through your Account & Profile section anytime.
If you ever need to edit your listing or pause your plan, you can manage it easily through your Billing & Payments Center.
