Overview

Your Account & Profile is where your business identity lives on the VERBAUTO platform.
It contains all of your key details — from your name and category to your description, images, and contact information. Keeping your profile accurate and up-to-date ensures customers can find and trust your business easily.

1️⃣ Accessing Your Account

When your business is approved and listed on VERBAUTO, you automatically receive a business profile tied to your account.
You can access it through:

• The VERBAUTO dashboard (web or app)

• The Account & Profile section in your settings

• Or by contacting our team if you need help logging in

Here, you can view your listing details, your approval status, and basic account information.

2️⃣ Requesting Edits or Updates

Currently, all business listing updates are processed through our Profile Edit Request Form to ensure quality and accuracy across the platform.
This process allows our team to manually review and verify every change before it goes live.

To edit your profile:

1. Visit the VERBAUTO Edit Request Form (link available in your account or Help Center).

2. Select the section you’d like to update — for example:

   • Business Name

   • Category

   • Description

   • Address / Service Area

   • Logo or Gallery Images

   • Contact Information (email or phone)

   • Website or Social Links

3. Submit the form with your updated information and confirmation.

4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once your update is approved, the changes will automatically appear on your business listing and profile.

💡 Tip: Submitting complete, high-quality updates (with clear images and accurate info) helps ensure faster approval.

3️⃣ Profile Approval Timeline

All edit requests are reviewed in the same way as your original onboarding process.

• ⏱️ Standard review time: 24–48 hours

• 📬 You’ll receive an email notification once your updates are approved and published.

• ⚠️ If additional information is needed, our team will reach out directly to clarify before finalizing your changes.

4️⃣ Keeping Your Profile Accurate

Maintaining an updated profile helps you:

• Stay visible and rank higher in customer searches

• Ensure customers have the right contact details

• Present your business in the best light (updated images, current description, etc.)

• Build trust with customers through consistency

We recommend reviewing your listing details every few months or after any major business change (such as moving locations, rebranding, or updating services).
